Service Guaranty and Product Return Policy

• 14 day return policy from date of shipment, Day 0 is day of shipment.
• Returns accepted if everything is the same as when you received it. 
• Any restoration work, excluding decreasing, painting on leather, and unyellowing, and other things that are considered normal wear and tear, are covered for 180 days and you can send back to have them fixed anytime within that time frame at no cost. 
• Returns will only be accepted once you send pics so we can verify there was no damage while in your possession.

What's covered:

• Midsole Repaints (Not Upper Repaints or Customs)
• Reglues
• Sole Swaps

What's not Covered:

• Sole Unyellowing
• Custom Paint/Dye
• Creasing due to wear
• Any Leather Painting
